About the Journal

RADS Journal of Food Biosciences, published biannually by Reyazuddin Research & Development Society at Department of Food Science and Technology, Jinnah University for Women in Karachi, Pakistan, is dedicated to the improvement and sharing of scientific knowledge regarding all essential and related disciplines connected to Food Biosciences, such as Food Processing, Food Preservation, Food Composition, Food Safety, Functional and Nutraceutical Foods, Recent Advances in Food and Nutrition, Food Biochemistry &other relevant Biological Sciences (Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Food Biotechnology etc.), Sensory Sciences and Consumer Behavior and Foodomics Technologies.

The Journal publishes original research papers, review articles and short communications - including viewpoints and perspectives
